Trackers - UI, filter, add note/description

I'm testing the Trackers area with real shipments now, and it is functional.

Yet, I wonder about a few things.

• Would it be possible to add a note/desc to a Tracker
• Can the list of Trackers have more list/inline Filtering rather than the button
• Also, when using the Filter button, it is difficult to tell if a Filter is applied (maybe highlight the Filter button when applied)
• Can the UI show the Tracker count for the displayed number of Trackers

I am updating the user interface as part of the migration to shadcn+tailwind, so I will take that feedback for the Trackers page.
