Yes sir — this might be something that needs fixing from an onboarding perspective.

All the Slack links I initially tried were prompting for a @keploy.io email address, which new or first-time contributors do not have by default. As a result, those links appeared to assume an existing Keploy Slack member rather than a new visitor, and consistently led to login failures.

Additionally, the email-based one-time verification flow did not work for new users either, which further blocked access. That is why I ended up reaching out to maintainers/admins to get a working invite link.

Based on this, the Slack link accessible via the following navigation seems to be problematic for new contributors:

1. Keploy website → Resources → Community Forum → Slack

What eventually worked for me was:

1. Keploy Docs website → Slack link in the navigation bar (this allowed new users to create/join the Keploy Slack workspace)
2. The invite link you shared in this discussion

This ultimately led to the correct Slack invite flow, which looks like this:
