elements – graph editor won´t show

hi, for some reasons elements graph editor wont show up out of the blue when i launch the app.
also selecting View/ graph editor from the menue wont bring it to the screen. anything that could cause that behaviour?

BTW iam running Element

I'll have to check that out. What about the "VIEW" button on the top right of the GUI, does that work?
