Track "Added By" and "Added At" for annotation queue items

Annotation queue items currently show "Completed At" and "Completed By" fields, which is useful for tracking review progress. However, there is no visibility into who added the item to the queue or when it was added.

Proposed fields

Add the following fields to annotation queue items:

• Added By - The user who added the trace/observation to the queue
• Added At - The timestamp when the trace/observation was added to the queue

Use case

Tracking who added items and when provides several benefits:

• Accountability - Know who flagged a trace for review
• Workflow analysis - Understand time-to-review metrics (time between added and completed)
• Debugging - When investigating why certain traces were queued, knowing who added them helps trace back the decision
• Team coordination - Identify who is actively curating traces for review

Thanks for the response! You're right that audit logs track this information. However, using audit logs to find who added a specific trace to the annotation queue isn't convenient in practice:

1. You have to leave the annotation queue page
2. Navigate to audit logs
3. Filter/search for the specific trace and action
4. Then return to the annotation queue to continue reviewing

Displaying "Added By" and "Added At" directly in the annotation queue (alongside the existing "Completed By" and "Completed At" fields) would be a much better user experience. The information would be immediately visible in context, without interrupting the review workflow.

This is similar to how "Completed By/At" is shown directly rather than requiring users to check audit logs for completion information.
