Add Description Field to Prompt Templates

Describe the feature or potential improvement

Currently, prompt templates are identified only by Name. While naming helps, it doesn’t capture the intent, context, or reason the template was created. For new developers (or anyone revisiting older prompts), this makes it harder to understand:

• Why the template exists
• When it should be used
• What problem it was designed to solve

This increases onboarding time and the risk of misuse or duplicate templates.

Suggestion:

• Add a new field description where I can explain the intent behind creating the template.
