Prompt lookup by folder or config

A lot of systems might not have the name of the prompts in the code, but will need to run a set of prompts based on the location of the folder.
so langfuse is missing an api to get all prompt names under a folder or based by values in the config

currently the only api is to get all prompts. it would be nice to have filters on the get request for folders or config

hi @chaimt , thank you for the suggestion. I agree that having filters on the prompt list endpoint would be nice - logging it and I will get back to this discussion once available.

Except for folder, what else would you like to filter for?

i have found that you can currently filter by tag so that is great.
