Support with MySQL and StarRocks

Describe the feature or potential improvement

I suggest that, in addition to PostgreSQL, we also support MySQL. Furthermore, it would be great to have the option to use StarRocks instead of being tied exclusively to ClickHouse. The reason is that we already have independently deployed MySQL and StarRocks clusters that are readily available for use. However, Langfuse currently only supports PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, forcing us to deploy these two components separately just for Langfuse.
