gennerate a friendly dataset item ids

Currently, the dataset item ID is generated by cuid, which is not very friendly and inconvenient for managing the dataset.
What's more, sometimes we already have a dataset ID before importing via a CSV file.
We hope to:

1. Generate a friendly dataset item id according to the project prefix(can customize the prefix)
2. Can choose custom dataset iten id when uplodaing csv

Hey, thanks for feedback. Quick two cents:

• Would adding an option to name dataset items do the trick?
• Agree. Upserting via csv upload should solve this.

Could the option to add named dataset items support manually adding new entries, not only uploading from a CSV file?

Dataset item names would likely be mutable across the lifecycle. Likely would behave similarly to input/expected_output/metadata.
