Proposal: Minimal community.claim Lexicon for Verifiable Claims on ATProtocol

We are proposing a minimal, domain-neutral community.claim lexicon for representing verifiable claims on ATProtocol. The goal is to provide a simple, LinkedClaims-style record type that works with the upcoming community.lexicon.attestation signature trait without attempting to define a full attestation standard.

Our use cases include professional credentials, skill verification, NGO impact reporting, and community confirmations. We are actively implementing this with real users and NGOs and hope to contribute practical feedback from these deployments.

This lexicon is intentionally minimal:

• subject (URI or DID)
• claimType (skill, credential, impact, etc.)
• content (human-readable text)
• evidence (CID or URL)
• createdAt / effectiveDate
• prevCid for versioning
• sigs[] referencing community attestation signatures

We’d love feedback from the lexicon-community group, especially regarding attestation compatibility and future integration with the community.lexicon.attestation trait.
