Support multiple authors on posts

We have posts that are co-authored plus we have guest posts. (One example is https://lifeitself.us/2020/08/27/ecosystem/ which was written by myself and Elisa).

At the moment it is not possible to have multiple authors on a post. Would be nice to solve this.

I think this is a relatively low value addition but one which is also probably low cost.
