I think button for disablnig cable connection (LAN port) is not working as it should

As the title says I think button for disablnig cable connection (LAN port) is not working as it should... I first noticed that LED diode on my router is on when I connect lan cable with my laptop... but it stays on even if I disable LAN connection from deepin dde-control center... even ater reboot od laprop it still stays on.. seems like dhcp client is still running... so I get message from router about spoofing adress... please check and if you think that this is not correct behaviour and you need more details for debugging let mi know... I am on 20.7 version... here are som screenshots...
