Request: Remove Darkening Effect in Workspace Selection Screen

First of all, thank you for your work on Linux Mint! I switched from Windows 10 at the start of the year and have been enjoying the experience.

I have a small request regarding the built-in "Show the workspace selection screen" function in Cinnamon. Currently, the non-active workspaces appear darkened. While this looks visually appealing, I’ve found that it makes identifying individual windows more difficult and slows down my workflow.

In my opinion, the animation, green frame and the window icons already provide sufficient visual distinction between the active (or selected) workspace and the others. Removing the darkening effect would make all windows easier to see at a glance.

Would it be possible to consider removing or providing an option to disable this darkening effect?
