Make Software Manger have Quarries

When I want to install mutable programs I have have to wait for a long time to get the next program.
Because my internet is slow. Slow by design. 5 MBs. Yes you heard me. 5 MBs. And .7, yes 'point 7' upload.

1. It would be nice when selecting a program and when starting to download i can still select another program and have it add to the quarry when one is still downloading and download the next one when done with the one before it.
2. Also, have an option check box to do a single click in the main window. And when you click on a program you want to install have a window popup if you want to download or cancel instead of a description of the program.

Solution for your slow internet:
Use Synaptic Package Manager instead. It was designed when everyone's internet were slow.

Drawback:
It doesn't list software provided by Flathub/Flatpak

You can already more or less do this in the software manager - start installing a package, while it's installing you can continue to navigate and select other packages to install...

you can click on the spinner to see a list of what's being installed:

This is the proper solution, tho I think it is pretty confusing to new people as they assume this is not a button and is just an indicator, so maybe making it a bit more highlighted like the drop down menu right beside it will be a better choice even if its less striking in terms of contrast.
