I just installed anydesk 7.0.2-1 from their website without any issues- https://download.anydesk.com/linux/anydesk_7.0.2-1_amd64.deb. Same with XnViewMP - https://www.xnview.com/download.php?file=XnViewMP-linux-x64.deb Were these installed before upgrading? Try removing and reinstalling (grab the .deb packages from their websites again while you're at it to be sure):
Install new debs from a terminal
and paste the output if there are errors. |

First, I updated Linux Mint from 21.3 to 22, and now I have updated to version 22.2. The problem described in this forum still persists. For example, in anydesk_7.0.2-1_amd64.deb and XnViewMP-linux-x64.deb. Is a new, clean installation the only solution?
https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=432722
"The application has a dependency on libglib2.0-0 (>= 2.33.14). LM 22.1 includes libglib2.0-0 (version 2.80), so all should be good. But the Debian package is named libglib2.0-0t64, which confuses many installer scripts, not just for XnView MP. When apt can't install all dependencies, it fails. And it only shows the first problem detected, other errors may remain unnoticed."
