Allow disabling of audio devices to remove visual clutter

Allow disabling of audio devices similar to XFCE pavucontrol and KDE to reduce clutter of audio devices.

For example is this screenshot I have an HDMI device I will never use, my microphone output I will never use (x2 for some reason), my line out which isn't in use currently, and finally my Qudelix 5k which is my only audio output in use but also has both a digital and analog out for some reason.

Proposed solution: Allow disabling of devices in a new tab to reduce visual clutter similar to pavucontrol in XFCE.
