Generic Buttons & Monitors

Generic buttons would have an icon and a filepath, and upon pressing the button, it executes (or tries to execute) whatever is on the filepath. Generic monitors do the same thing, but they return the output, and execute every x seconds, x being the interval you set. These both would be desklets and applets, for the desktop and the panel, and would be [hopefully] simple to implement while giving a large amount of customization options.
