Network Manager applet: add NOTE comment field for IP addresses

Network Manager applet is nice. Using v.5.8.4 from Mint 21.2, no PPA.
I use different connections and filed Hotspot https://github.com/orgs/linuxmint/discussions/16 and tested Wireguard linuxmint/cinnamon#10225.

This enhancement request is to add Note text/comment field for connections's IP Settings, including Routes.
Now, there are Address, Netmask, Gateway fields, and also Metric in Routes. "Note" would be useful for any complex routing.
Still, when there are adresses inserted there, one cannot remember what it refers to, why they were put with specific metric.
