Specify which version of Cinnamon each Cinnamon extension is compatible with

In the Cinnamon extensions manager, many extensions are available for installation which do not work with the latest Cinnamon version. However, there is no indicator in the manager which extensions are compatible with which Cinnamon version, you have to find out by trial and error which ones work. Would it be possible for there to be some sort of labeling of the extensions (and other Cinnamon spices as well) in the extensions manager indicating which version of Cinnamon they have been tested and confirmed to work with?
