Allow changing the mouse cursor from simplified theme settings

The fat, obese, imprecise mouse pointer is the first thing I and many users change on a fresh install, and many Windows users would like a more traditional mouse pointer.

(Also, setting the style to Mint-L should change the cursor to DMZ-White)
