Bug / Feature Request: Create Launcher duplicates overwrites previous Launcher, should ask what to do instead.

When I was trying to make a new Launcher (Right click -> Create a new launcher here...) from the Desktop, I noticed that if I placed the Name of a preexisting launcher in, the new one I'm trying to make'll overwrite the old one.

I think it should ask what to do (cancel or overwrite) if there's already a named duplicate launcher.
