Endeavour desklet for Cinnamon

On my phone I have the Google tasks app as a widget on my home screen, and I wish I could do the same on my PC but with a desklet for Endeavour (formerly called Gnome Tasks i think; it can sync with Google Tasks). I can always launch a window of the program manually with a desktop shortcut or launcher desklet, but i'd like it if it runs itself on the desktop for me so i can instantly see my pending tasks for productivity's sake (so I could tick the checkboxes from my desktop). I also want it to have a smaller horizontal length so the sidebar doesn't show (maybe a button could bring up the sidebar if you want to use it).
