Transparent windows

Can we install something like this in Linux Mint by default setting like in this extension named "Opacify Windows"? I think it should be available everywhere because it helps immensely if you work with many windows on the desktop and you just need quick information from another window and the space is therefore very limited.

As an alternative, you can already adjust window opacity per-window:

Okay, but personally, I find it much better and more pleasant when the window becomes transparent and then normal again through drag and drop, rather than having to adjust it with the mouse wheel. It would be great if there was a 'Change Opacity by Drag & Drop' feature in Linux Mint in the future :)
