Battery status animation.

I have used a Pinephone with the Phosh environment, and one of my favorite polishes was the battery icon turning green when charging, white for discharging, and red if it was at 20%. I always thought the only missing detail would be if the battery icon was split into 3 or 4 bars and as it was charging it would only blink the bar that was in progress, which I found some GIF images for (and lost because animated icons were not supported).

Charging: 1-4 green bars shown with only the top one blinking until the battery is at 100%, stay green until it is unplugged.
Discharging: 1-4 bars, with only the bottom bar part turning red when the battery is bellow 30%
