Make Sorting Folders Above Files a Per-Directory Option (Nemo)

Pretty simple, by default sorting folders above files in Nemo (to my knowledge) only applies globally. It cannot be set for only a single folder, such as ~/Downloads.
The use case for this would probably be sorting folders above files, but not in ~/Downloads.
