Add Graphic Equalizer and Mixer to Sound

Add a 3 band with an option to 10 band equalizer selection setting and one equalize separate for each output.
And a mixer to output to more then one output. Exp: One app to output to video card, rear speaker, optical, and headphone for the same time.
Plus, there are some motherboards that stereo output to front header of a mic input. Like the Asus X99 Motherboard.
I have at least 7 output but only can output 1 per app. You can use all outputs at once but with different app for each output. Needs to be more flexible
