Settings->Windows: Setting to show/hide minimized and maximized buttons

Please add a setting in the Settings->Windows to show/hide the minimized and maximize window buttons. This is a feature on other DEs

Try the Gnome layout option

The Gnome option does not have a minimize option. I would like to configure my Windows to have a minimize button and a close button.

Open a terminal and paste :

• for left side buttons :

gsettings set org.cinnamon.desktop.wm.preferences button-layout "close,minimize:"

• for right side buttons :

gsettings set org.cinnamon.desktop.wm.preferences button-layout ":minimize,close"
