There is a section at the top that contains a UUID, Last edited and Last commit:
However given that most commits on spices update translation files, this is, most of the time, useless.
The initial intention was probably to give an impression of how active development is on a spice. Translation commits however, while necessary, do not (and should not) add any features or fix any bugs. So they do not reflect how active development is on that spice.
Additionally, the UUID is not an UUID as per the definition (RFC 9562). Calling it a UUID is also needlessly confusing for non-technical users.
