Improvements for the volume OSD

Hi!

I would like to propose two new things to the volume OSD (triggered via keyboard media keys, but also by mouse):

1. See the exact percentage of the volume (such as 20%) when the OSD appears. Currently, it is only a horizontal bar that fills up.
2. Be able to change the volume step (how much volume to go up or down when using media keys). Apparently, this is or was a setting on GNOME: gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys volume-step

The sound150 applet adds more info to the OSD, but I agree that it should be a default feature in Cinnamon
