Hot corners functionality

Hello,

I have two comments about the Hot Corners feature.

1. Many people have mentioned this issue, but I don't see any results yet. The hot corners feature doesn't work when an application is in full-screen mode (e.g., a video player). According to some users, it worked in version 17.x, but it hasn't worked since then.
2. I use the hot corners for the "Show all windows" feature. It would be fine if the feature remembered the position of the windows in the overview. Currently, the last active window appears in the top left corner of the overview. When I have many windows open and switch between them, their positions change, and I have to search for them in the overview. The best option would be to have it work like it does in KDE or Gnome.
