Numbers in the settings for custom cursor speed

in the mouse settings of cinnamon, i couldn´t find the current value of my cursor speed so i had to use PINCE to see it from the memory values, it would be cool to add numbers like on kde plasma and windows, so for example we can always precisely set the cursor speed to 6/10 or 4/10 every time we change distro and still use cinnamon, thanks

i found a way to precisely set my cursor speed using gsettings set org.cinnamon.desktop.peripherals.mouse speed -0.6

you can replace the -0.6 with any other value
