would it be possible to get rgb and fan control, i really dont want to move back to windows as predator sense only works on windows.

any help would greatly appreciated.

Your kernel version is 'old '. Try to install Linux Mint 22.1 ( based on ubuntu 24.04LTS).
This version uses the HWE Linux kernel 6.11 (which probably uses an updated version of acer_wmi)

For fan control, you can use https://docs.coolercontrol.org/ .
For debian based (Ubuntu, Mint ...) : https://docs.coolercontrol.org/installation/debian.html

For RGB, there is a program you can use to customize the RGB of your peripherals, such as your keyboard and mouse:
