It's currently not possible to scroll the file list using the mouse wheel while dragging a file. The only way to scroll is by moving the dragged file to the edge of the list, which isn’t always convenient - especially when dealing with long lists. As a long-time macOS user, I’m used to Finder’s behavior in this regard, and I find that functionality very useful.
When dual-pane mode is enabled, it's not possible to simply drag a file from the inactive panel to the active one. You first need to click the inactive panel to activate it before you can drag a file with the mouse. This extra step disrupts the workflow and feels unintuitive.
