Looking to access the app launcher lock through code

I have two launchers and need to lock and unlock them in code. I have 10 user accounts to customize.

I searched dconf and gsettings but found nothing except

there are the numbers "20" and "21".

Now visit ~/.config/cinnamon/spices/[email protected], if you have edited the panel launcher setting of both, you shall see 20.json and 21.json. If only one is ever edited, only one of them will exist.

The panel launcher config is stored in that .json file.
