My Installation

I used the official image linuxmint-21.2-cinnamon-64bit.iso installing as a dual boot system with Windows. I parted the disk on my own and use LVM over LUKS to encrypt /.

Secure boot in bios is on.

What does NOT work?

• Wireless network adapter "Realtek Semiconductor RTL8852BE PCIe 802.11ax Wireless Network Controller" won't work after the first boot.
• Internal microphone won't work also.
• Mouse cursor will continuously blink when I connect my external monitor and set different Monitor scales to the internal and external monitors.
• Facial recognition won't work.

Optional - Notes

How was some problems solved?

• The wireless adapter worked after building and installing rtw89 drivers. Since I remained Secure Boot on, I used sudo make sign-install to install.
• The internal microphone worked after when I updated the kernel from 5.15.0-78 to 6.2.0-26. This can be done in Update Manager > View > Linux Kernels.
