Add "System Monitor" to the panel/taskbar right-click menu

I like the idea. This is a nice to have feature. Related discussion: #640

Pro argument
I use the System Monitor more often than System Settings which are already in this menu.

Counterargument
You do not want to clutter the menu with more entries. While of course the menu entry would only be visible if gnome-system-monitor was actually installed.

Alternative
The MS Windows shortcut for Task Manager CTRL + SHIFT + ESC seems to be unassigned in Cinnamon by default. You could add your own custom shortcut in System Settings / Keyboard / Shortcuts.

I like this idea too. If clutter becomes a problem, it could go under Troubleshoot submenu in the panel.

And yes, I don't even look for system settings by right clicking the panel

If we are talking about clutter, the "Move", "Remove", "Add a new panel", "Panel Edit Mode" should go under a submenu "Panel Settings". The current Panel Settings, which open a separate window of panel options, should be renamed to "More Panel Settings" and moved under the submenu as well.
This could really clean up the menu.
I don't want a click extra to launch something I use very often. So, System Monitor should be directly on the right click menu imo.

You're right, and no one removes the panel much or moves it to a different side of the screen anyways.
