is there any way to fix game freezes on the last level ? i tried different versions of mame and different romsets but last level is still unplayable

It's the VDP2 ROZ, The Riddler last stage sets up the floor in a way that goes out of bounds with a memory access. Reaching there for debugging is pain because no save state support to begin with and no cheat for level select exists.

can i help with it ? i can reach the last level in 18 minutes; which options should i use for debug log recording ? now im just running "mame batmanfr" to start the game; im also using mame 0.264 on ubuntu 20.04
