Imagine you have just been assigned as the mission lead for a Regolith Mission.

For sure we've discussed the ideal way of doing the logistics of a vehicle mission in various threads such as

1 - mission resource objects, mission templates;
2 - RACI, mission success evaluation;
3 - hardcoding less procedures of different tasks and phases;
4 - resource set in XML, message queues, comm channels.

Q1: What would you do in preparation of this excursion to explore a certain location on Mars ?

Q2: How would you plan in exploiting the crew members' talent to excavate the resources out there ?

Q3: Can we summarize key features on what we have discussed so far in expanding what we want in each mission template (such as what each mission is supposed to acheive) ?
