Error during installation

Hello
when i install mecha-cms on localhost (XAMPP) or C-panel hosting , i get :
This page isn’t working
localhost is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
Please any one have the right solution for this problem ??

Ensure you have PHP curl installed, and a read/write permission on the folder to install.

curl is installed , read/write is garanted , i get this error when trying to install using start.php
