lilygo t-beam crucial error 03

I'm getting crucial error 03 on my Lilygo t-beam. Unit works ok a day or two. Only thing I can do is reflash the unit, It has done this maybe two weeks now, I think memory is corrupt. Earlier it was becoming non responding, but could be restarted with reset button. Any suggestions what could I do?

My first suggestion is to post some logs that show the error happening. Other logs before or after may give clues to what is happening.
