All in One Devices like TDeck

I am looking to get two TDecks. TDeck seems like the best device to get since it has a physical keyboard. Is there any better device out there now? Is there a better version of the TDeck? I was looking into how to buy one of these devices in the US. Any recommendations? I wanted to get one with the external antenna since range will be a huge concern.

I recommend you get something small like the T1000 if you plan to make this your everyday carry node. The big screen and built in keyboard on the tdecks are enticing but mostly useless for anything but draining your battery faster.

Thankyou for this suggestion. I might go with this since it is cheaper and easier for people to use. I am trying to figure out if this listing comes with the magnetic USB cable.

I noticed this note. Should I be worried about this? Should I consider a different device?

Currently, LR1110 radios are unable to receive Meshtastic packets from the older SX127x radios, it requires a breaking change to fix this. Transmitting works and when hopping through an SX126x radio, you can still receive packets from SX127x radios.
