ESP32S3 battery in Device Metrics Log

I am not able to get the battery level of my XIAO ESP32S3 module on Device Metrics Log (either USB or VBAT powered). Do I have to connect a resistor between VBAT and A0, and is that supported in Meshtastic firmware ?

I did some tests and it looks like battery level is get from ADC on pin D0 (D0 / A0 / GPIO 2) of XIAO ESP32-S3.
Would be interested to know what are the ADC settings (see https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp-idf/en/v4.4/esp32s3/api-reference/peripherals/adc.html), so I can setup the right resistor for voltage divider.
I also see that with identical resistors for voltage divider, I need to set the parameter ADC Multiplier Override to 1.20 (should be 2).

This is not stable. Worked for some minutes. Then set value to 0V continuously...
Something must be wrong there...
