ESP32-CAM and IR receiver

With assistance from Shariltumin, who added timers and ussl to his previous images, found at:

and using uMail with modifications to send images here is a project:

Includes a TSOP4136 IR receiver chip and a poweron reset circuit to properly initialise the camera.

Currently, the wake-on trigger happens when the IR beam is re-established.
