WeAct Studio ESP32-C3FH4 Mini Core Board: works as expected

• What: WeAct Studio ESP32-C3FH4 Mini Core Board; manufacturer's repo with hardware details: WeActStudio/WeActStudio.ESP32C3CoreBoard: ESP32-C3FH4 Core Board
• CPU: Espressif ESP32-C3; 160 MHz; 400 KB RAM (~120 KB free after network and gc loaded); 4 MB flash
• Features: Blue LED on GPIO8; polarity reversed, so use Signal like this: led = machine.Signal(machine.Pin(8, machine.Pin.OUT), invert=True)
• MicroPython port: ESP32-C3 with USB (GENERIC_C3_USB); my board was shipped already in JTAG mode, so no pressing/holding reset buttons required to flash
• Why: cheap — roughly the price of an ESP8266 board; small; no components underneath so could be surface-mounted to a board (no castellated pads, tho)
• Performance: not exactly stellar, but it's cheap. See below

Small mechanical note about WeAct boards: they seem to typically use one drill size down from the standard PCB header pins. The supplied square pins fit but are very snug
