Rp2040: Add WEACTSTUDIO boards with BOARD_VARIANT to select the flash size #8505

referenced change addresses support for these products that provide up to 16MB of flash. However, no 4/8/16 MB versions appears on the downloadpage under WEACTSTUDIO. Is that still foreseen ?
(ps: i am in no hurry whatsoever, just like to know if there will be MP support as I may have a use case for it).

(The nightly build is offered for the 2MB version although the header on the download page states that there is no 2MB version available).
