how do I find information about the modules, for example micropython-traceback?

Traceback has a bit of a chequered history with micropython https://forum.micropython.org/viewtopic.php?t=2175

Most seem to use a workaround eg

def _showerror(er):
  from uio import StringIO as S; s=S(); sys.print_exception(er, s); s=s.getvalue(); L=s.split('\n'); num=len(L)
  cause=L[num-3].split(','); line=cause[1][6:]; msg=L[num-2]; error=msg.replace('"',"").replace("'",''); err=line+' '+error
