Change the device name when connect to a WIFI hotspot

I notice that when the device connect to a WIFI hotspot, it shows as mpy-esp32, is it possible to change this？

Yes, with:

import network

network.hostname('my-name')
print(network.hostname())

I believe you should set this before connecting to the wifi access point.
