Missing documentation for os.dupterm_notify()

I could not find actual documentation for os.dupterm_notify() other than some comments in C and it being used in some samples.

from that my understanding is that its signature as a type-stub should be something like :

def dupterm_notify(obj_in: Any, /) -> None:
    """
    Notify the REPL that input is available on the stream-like object that was
    previously set by `dupterm`.  This is used by the stream-like object to
    notify the REPL that there is input available for reading.

    The *obj_in* argument must be the stream-like object that was previously set
    by `dupterm` or None .
    """
    ...

Would that be correct, or if not , what should it be ?

( happy to create a doc PR for this once I am clear what it should contain)
