Bluetooth communication via HCI

Is it possible to send an HCI command to a Bluetooth module, e.g. in ESP32-C3, using machine.mem32?
I'm looking for a way to use BT5 functionality in Micropython.

You can try to use the command as follows:

MICROPY_PY_BLUETOOTH_ENABLE_HCI_CMD (1)

After build/deploy,

>>> import bluetooth
>>> help(bluetooth.BLE)
   <SNIP>
  hci_cmd -- <function>                        # This one.
