python-ecoysys library release pipeline broken ?

Hello,

It feels like new releases of python-ecoysys library are not getting published properly.

Here is an example:
aiohttp is on version 0.0.5: https://github.com/micropython/micropython-lib/blob/master/python-ecosys/aiohttp/manifest.py
With mip I can only install 0.0.3: https://micropython.org/pi/v2/package/6/aiohttp/0.0.3.json

There is no package for version above

Raised with @dpgeorge - resolved now. A daemon had failed and wasn't being watched. Damien manually triggered the publish step - seems to have succeeded - and we'll figure out some way to detect if it happens again...
