I have implemented a HID device for a scroll wheel based on the HID mouse.
This seems to work and Linux applies the resolution modifier, but the feature report to toggle the resolution modifier is empty.
I've tried setting a bigger report buffer but that didn't change things.
I'm using a RP2040-Zero
